FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Prix-Fixe Dining at Philadelphia’s Best Restaurants this January 21-February 3, 2024

Philadelphia, PA (December 14, 2023): Center City District Restaurant Week (CCDRW) returns in the new year to highlight some of the city’s best, and most diverse, culinary venues. Beginning Sunday, January 21 through Saturday, February 3, more than 90 chefs and restaurateurs will showcase their best dishes in a prix-fixe, three course menu.

Dinner is available for just $45 per person at most restaurants, with a premium $60 option only offered at select locations. Two-course lunch menus are $20. Find the full list of participating restaurants at ccdrestaurantweek.com.

Dinner will be served indoors or outdoors, and at some locations, takeout will be offered. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made through Open Table. For an additional price, inventive cocktail pairings can be added to complement CCDRW menus with featured Beam Suntory spirits Tres Generaciones® Tequila and Maker’s Mark 46®. Tax, gratuity and other beverages are not included in the prix-fixe menu discount.

Center City District (CCD) has partnered with several Center City parking garages to offer discounted parking for $10 or less during CCDRW. Options include select Bexpark by Brandywine, LAZ and Philadelphia Parking Authority locations. Guests must visit ccdrestaurantweek.com to find the closet garage to their dining destination and follow the instructions provided. Some locations allow the use of a digital parking voucher (which can be accessed directly on the website), and others require reservations made ahead of time. Parking discounts are available every night of CCDRW, beginning at 4 p.m. through 1 a.m.

Celebrate Center City’s world-class dining scene year-round by entering for a chance to win Dinner for a Year, courtesy of the CCD. With no purchase necessary, visit ccdrestaurantweek.com to learn more.

Front and back of house workers are another vital component to the ongoing success of CCDRW. CCD has requested participating restaurants to nominate members of their staff for the chance to win a $500 “tip.” Five winners will be selected at random, with all nominees receiving a small gift as a token of appreciation. Winners will be announced once CCDRW ends. As always, CCD encourages all diners to tip their servers and wait staff as generously as possible.

“Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity to gather with friends or family to enjoy Center City’s exceptional dining scene,” said Michelle Shannon, Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Center City District. “We need to continue to support our restaurants as they are a vital part of our downtown economic engine. During the holidays, gift cards are the perfect present for foodies of all ages, and with Restaurant Week beginning in January, they will be much appreciated. As always, we encourage everyone to come for dinner, but stay for everything else. Arts & culture, shopping, spas, luxury hotels – Center City has it all.”
